Return

To initiate a return with the seller, adherence to our Return & Refunds Policy is essential. The request for a return must be communicated within 14 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately, beyond this timeframe, we cannot facilitate a return or exchange. To qualify for a return, the product must remain unused and in its original, unsealed packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory to process your return; without it, we cannot authorize any refund or return. It's important to note that returning the purchase directly to the manufacturer is not accommodated. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth and compliant return process with the seller.

Refund

To initiate a refund, kindly make the request within 14 days of receiving your product; unfortunately, we cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges beyond this timeframe. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we'll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be conducted through a wire transfer, and please be aware that this process may take a few days.

For refunds related to packages seized in customs, the refund, excluding the shipping fee, will be processed upon notification from the courier service regarding the parcel's seizure. Anticipate this process to take up to 2-3 weeks.

Refunds processed via bank deposit or credit card will undergo a 13% deduction from the original amount due to commissions and exchange rates. Take note of these details when making a refund request with the seller.

Helpful Tips

Refunds are applicable only to regular-priced items; unfortunately, sale items or those purchased during sale periods cannot be refunded.

 

Item replacements are limited to defective or damaged products. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at info.kbeautyaesthetics@gmail.com and send the item to us.

Gift-marked items shipped to you result in a gift credit, with a corresponding gift certificate mailed (or e-mailed) upon return.

 

If the refund hasn't been received, check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and allow for processing time. Shipping for Return

Send the product back to tje seller, with the customer covering the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Refunds deduct the return shipping cost. Delivery times vary by location.
