Cancellation is only feasible before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not an option. What's the process for tracking my order?

After processing and preparing your order for shipment, we'll send a confirmation email with the tracking number. Please check your inbox and spam folders. If you don't receive the tracking number within 7 business days, contact us at info.kbeautyaesthetics@gmail.com.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Please report any issues with the incorrectly delivered product within 14 days of the delivery date via email at info.kbeautyaesthetics@gmail.com. After this period, unreported transactions will be considered closed. Please do Include clear pictures or videos of the incorrect product in your email. Once the claim is processed, we will cover the shipping fee for reshipping items.

What are the recommended storage instructions for the products?

Mostly, keep the products in a dry area, shielded from direct sunlight, and ensure ideal temperature and humidity. Utilize an electronic thermostat for accurate control. Please refrigerate any specialty items such as Toxins and Saxenda Pen within the temperature range of 2°C to 8°C.
