Order processing and shipping duration.
Orders typically ship within 24 business hours. After payment authorization and verification, processing may take up to two business days. Shipping occurs on Monday-Friday; holidays and weekends aren't included. Timelines are estimated, not guaranteed. High order volumes may cause delays, requiring additional transit days. Backordered items ship once available, with sales potentially extending dispatch to 3-5 business days.

Estimates for duty, VAT, taxes, or clearance charges outside South Korea are not provided as they differ by destination. The buyer must understand and comply with import requirements. We bear no responsibility for taxes and duties incurred during delivery; it is the buyer's obligation to cover all import charges, including duties and taxes.

Uncontrollable delivery delay
The seller absolves liability for performance delays due to uncontrollable factors, such as government actions, natural disasters, or labor issues. In case of such delays, the delivery date will be extended as needed. The seller is not responsible for lost profits, business loss, or additional damages beyond the total amount paid by the customer for the purchased parts. The customer agrees that the seller's liability for delay is limited to the aggregate dollar amount paid for the parts under the agreement.
