Liporase INJ is a hyaluronidase solution, an enzyme that catalyzes the degradation of hyaluronic acid (HA). It is designed to dissolve HA-based fillers in the event of unsatisfactory results from injection procedures. Additionally, it can be utilized to amplify the effects of fat-burning injection procedures.

LIPORASE INDICATIONS:

  • Correction of the volume of injected hyaluronic acid in the dermis layers.
  • Treatment of granulomas and fibrous cellulite.
  • Resolution of defects after lipolytic procedures for double chin or breast surgery.
  • Elimination of unhealthy edema, fibrosis, and consequences of hemorrhages in the dermis.
  • Prevention and mitigation of necrosis resulting from skin saturation.
  • Cleansing pigmented blue spots with the "Tyndall effect."
  • Preparation for plastic surgery.

Liporase Benefits:

  • Reversal of the effects of uneven, incorrect, or excessive injection of HA-based fillers.
  • Enhancement of the effects of fat-resolving injections through combined use.
  • Emergency use in the event of dermal filler injection into a blood vessel.

An enzyme known as liporase hyaluronidase expedites the body's absorption of hyaluronic acid, leading to its dissolution. Consequently, when hyaluronic acid fillers are overfilled, distributed unevenly, placed incorrectly, or accidentally injected into a vein, liporase hyaluronidase is commonly utilized to dissolve the fillers. Liporase Hyaluronidase rapidly reverses the effects of a filler while safeguarding the body's natural hyaluronic acid, as it exclusively targets synthetic hyaluronic acid.

The efficacy of local anesthetics is heightened as liporase Inj. corrects the removal of excess or dispersed hyaluronic acid filler by direct injection into the correctional area. The breakdown of hyaluronic acid filler begins shortly after the injection, and noticeable results emerge within a few days.

Liporase hyaluronidase proves beneficial in situations where dermal filler has unintentionally been injected into a conduit, leading to blood clotting. To enhance the impact of lipo-dissolving injections, hyaluronidase can be used in conjunction with fat-melting injections. Liporase Inj is approved by the KFDA.

Additionally, it can be employed to enhance the effectiveness of a fat-burning injection procedure.

    How to use Liporase INJ:

    • Begin by mixing 3cc of saline with 1 vial of Hyaluronidase, capable of dissolving 3cc of hyaluronic acid.
    • Inject the Hyaluronidase, along with lidocaine, into the area where the filler needs dissolution.
    • The Hyaluronic acid filler will promptly begin to dissolve and be absorbed by the body within a few hours.

    RECOMMENDATIONS:

    • To enhance the effect of lipodissolving injections, hyaluronidase can be added to fat-melting injection cocktails.
    • Hyaluronidase is often combined with local anesthetic to increase the diffusion of the local anesthetic.
