Hutox 100 Dosage and Administration: Reconstitute the product with preservative-free, sterile saline to achieve a concentration of 100U/2.5mL (4U/0.1mL). Using a 30-gauge needle, administer a dose of 0.1mL into each of 5 sites—2 in each corrugator muscle and 1 in the procerus muscle—for a total of 20U.
