Ascorbic Acid, also known as Vitamin C, is a water-soluble vitamin available in the form of white or slightly yellow crystals or powder with a mild acidic taste. It serves as an antiscorbutic product, gradually darkening on exposure to air and light, but remaining reasonably stable in the dry state. However, in a solution, it undergoes rapid oxidation. Ascorbic Acid is highly soluble in water, sparingly soluble in alcohol, and insoluble in chloroform, ether, and benzene.

Benefits of this product include:

  • Targeting skin discoloration, freckles, pigmentation, age spots, and sun damage by effectively inhibiting melanin production, promoting skin translucency, and enhancing radiance.
  • Brightening and rejuvenating the skin, lightening acne/pimple marks and scars.
  • Aiding in collagen production, crucial for the connective tissues in the skin, bones, ligaments, tendons, joints, and organ support.
  • Suppressing the formation of 'Melanin,' thereby reducing dark spots caused by prolonged exposure to UVA/UVB.
  • Diminishing facial and skin fine lines or wrinkles by promoting collagen production, contributing to skin firmness and elasticity.
  • Reducing the appearance of pimples, acne, blemishes, and minimizing pores, thereby improving skin texture.

To use Ascorbic Acid Vitamin C, apply the ampoule on your face after washing, then turn off the lights and wash off with water after 30 minutes. For enhanced effects, apply a moisturizing face mask.

Ascorbic acid, or vitamin C, is a water-soluble vitamin crucial for collagen production, supporting organs, bones, ligaments, and skin. It appears as a white or slightly yellow powder with a mild acidic taste and serves as an antiscorbutic. It darkens gradually when exposed to air and light, being moderately stable in dry air but quick to oxidize in solution. Insoluble in benzene, chloroform, and ether, it readily dissolves in water and occasionally in alcohol.

Indications:

  • Treatment and prevention of Vitamin C deficiency (e.g., scurvy).
  • Suppression of "Melanin" production, reducing black spots after UVA/UVB exposure.
  • Reduction of wrinkles and fine lines by promoting collagen production for skin suppleness.
  • Minimization of pores, acne, and blemishes, improving skin smoothness.
  • Immune system boost, potentially exhibiting antihistamine properties with larger doses.
  • Acute deficiency or low absorption of orally taken ascorbic acid.
  • Conditions requiring increased vitamin C (atrophic illness, pregnancy, nursing, athletes with absorption challenges, post-op patients, vigorous physical activity).
  • Treatment of specific illnesses such as Phrenoplegia, bone matrix development, anaphylaxis, dermatitis, internal hemorrhage, hematuria, Vitamin X deficiency, facial discoloration, freckles, and pigment stabilization after inflammation.
